Buyer’s Inspections

Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make. Before you buy, you should have a home inspection to avoid potentially costly repairs that would otherwise go undetected until they become even more costly. This is our typical home inspection that catches common defects so you understand the investment you’re making.

Seller’s & Home Owners Inspections

Before selling your home, it can be a good idea to have it inspected so you know if there are any repairs that should be made, as well as to have an idea of repair requests will come from potential buyers.

Radon Testing

Radon is an odorless yet toxic gas that naturally occurs throughout North America. A radon test can determine if your home’s levels are safe or not. Contact me today to schedule an appointment.

Mold Sampling

Mold spores are naturally present in both indoor and outdoor environments. While low levels are normal, elevated concentrations can affect indoor air quality.  Mold sampling can help determine mold spore levels within the home and if remediation may be necessary. All collected samples are sent to a certified laboratory for analysis. Results are typically returned within 48 hours of sampling.

Sewer Scope

An inspection of the underground sewer line with a specialized camera can help identify damage or issues, allowing you to make informed decisions regarding repairs or maintenance.
