We had awesome experience during our home inspection with the Solomon brothers. They were timely and thorough – giving very detailed information and recommendations for our prospective home purchase. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services and will be using them again in the future! Thank you Bob & Joe!
Mr. Solomon did a property inspection on our primary residence before we closed on it in Spring of 2023. We benefitted from his attention to detail, personable approach and thoroughness. He made himself available to do the inspection and walkthrough with me on a short timeline. His work was well worth the money in our situation, and I will recommend Mr. Solomon to friends and family in the Sioux Falls, SD area.
Solomon Property Inspection is an excellent company with top notch service. They provided an excellent inspection for our new home, with high quality documentation and recommendations. They were very easy to schedule, and very accommodating in dealing with our home purchase long distance. Bob is very friendly and has gone the extra mile for us. I would highly recommend Solomon Property Inspections for all your home inspection needs and can recommend them without reservation.
Best home inspection out of the three houses I have purchased. I like the modern digital report; very convenient and mobile friendly.
Bob spent the first 16 years of his professional career working in the logistics industry for C.H. Robinson. He started in account management and soon became general manager and director of the local office. During those years Bob spent his spare time renovating his own properties while assisting friends and family with various projects throughout their homes. In the spring of 2021, he left C.H. Robinson to pursue his goal of becoming a licensed contractor and home inspector.
When not inspecting properties or renovating homes, Bob enjoys outdoor activities including skiing, mountain biking, running, and fishing. His wife (Samantha), son (Gavin), and dogs join him in those adventures.
Bob is an active member in the community, having been a volunteer soccer coach, Boy Scout leader, and board member of the local mountain bike association.
