Bob spent the first 16 years of his professional career working in the logistics industry for C.H. Robinson. He started in account management and soon became general manager and director of the local office. During those years Bob spent his spare time renovating his own properties while assisting friends and family with various projects throughout their homes. In the spring of 2021, he left C.H. Robinson to pursue his goal of becoming a licensed contractor and home inspector.
When not inspecting properties or renovating homes, Bob enjoys outdoor activities including skiing, mountain biking, running, and fishing. His wife (Samantha), son (Gavin), and dogs join him in those adventures.
Bob is an active member in the community, having been a volunteer soccer coach, Boy Scout leader, and board member of the local mountain bike association.

After graduating with a Civil Engineering degree from South Dakota State, Joe spent 15 years in property management where he successfully led maintenance staff and executed large scale projects. The transition to home inspections was a natural fit and a perfect blend of his previous property management experience along with his genuine desire to help people along their home buying journey.
Beyond the professional world, Joe finds joy in creating great memories with his wife and two sons. Joe enjoys pheasant hunting, coaching hockey, and spending time on the water.
